TSI Precision Sdn.Bhd.(622096-H) shall identify and track suitable Quality Objectives to demonstrate
the effectiveness of the established Quality Management System. These objectives shall be made
known to all employees who are involved in its achievement.

1. Customer return reduced by 10% every year. 
2. Towards 90% On-Time Delivery to Customers.

Individual Department head shall display the performance and act to assure favorable trend of the
Quality Objectives and linked to Data Collection & Analysis Procedure TSI SOP 008 .


Quality Objectives shall be reviewed and if necessary revised during the Management Review of the    
Quality Management System.
